    BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Hexafluoropropylene (HFP) is one of the basic raw materials for the organic fluorine industry and an intermediate for a variety of fluorine-containing compounds. Under pressurized conditions, hexafluoropropylene can be stored and transported in a liquid state without adding stabilizers. Polyperfluoroethylene propylene (FEP) can be obtained by copolymerizing hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene. Compared with PTFE, FEP not only has the distinctive feature of being melt-processable, but also has excellent dielectric properties, electrical insulation properties, and resistance to corrosion. It has chemical solvent resistance, flame retardant properties, high and low temperature resistance, and can be used for a long time at temperatures of -80°C to 200°C.

    Purpose (USE)

This product is one of the monomers for the synthesis of fluorine-containing polymer materials (such as fluorine rubber F20-41, F246 and fluoroplastic F46, etc.). It can also be used as raw material for perfluorosulfonic acid ion exchange membrane (used in salt electrolysis), fluorocarbon oil, perfluoropropylene oxide, etc. It can prepare a variety of fluorine-containing fine chemical products, pharmaceutical intermediates, fire extinguishing agents and other raw materials, and can also produce fluorine-containing polymer materials.
Used as raw material for fluorine rubber, fluoroplastics, fluorosulfonic acid ion exchange membrane, fluorocarbon oil and perfluoropropylene oxide, etc.
