BREVIS DESCRIPTIO
Hexafluoropropylenum (HFP) est una ex materiis crudis fundamentalibus industriae fluori organici et intermedium pro variis compositoribus fluorum continentibus. Sub condicionibus pressionis, hexafluoropropylenum in statu liquido sine additis stabilimentis conservari et transportari potest. Polyperfluoroethylenum propylenum (FEP) per copolymerisationem hexafluoropropyleni et tetrafluoroethyleni obtineri potest. Comparatum cum PTFE, FEP non solum proprietatem propriam habet quod liquefactione tractabilis est, sed etiam proprietates dielectricas excellentes, proprietates insulationis electricae, et resistentiam corrosioni habet. Resistentiam solventibus chemicis, proprietates ignifugas, resistentiam temperaturae altae et humilis habet, et diu ad temperaturas -80°C ad 200°C adhiberi potest.
