Lithium fluoridum est materia fluorina inorganica magni momenti, quae in temperatura ambiente pulvis albus apparet. Ob proprietates physicas et chemicas excellentes, late in aluminio, ceramicis, opticis aliisque industriis adhibita est.

2. Densitas relativa est 2.640, punctum liquefactionis est 848℃, et punctum ebullitionis est 1673℃.
3. Incipit volatilizare ad 1100~1200℃, et vapor eius est alcalinus.
4. Lithium fluoridum in aqua leviter solubile est et in alcohole aliisque solventibus organicis insolubile.
5. Temperatura ambiente, lithium fluoridum facile solubile est in acido nitrico et acido sulfurico, sed insolubile in acido hydrochlorico, et salem acidum Li2HF cum acido hydrofluorico formare potest.
